Minister Marsha J (Marsha Jarrett) is an international gospel recording artist, ordained minister, Worship Pastor, ministry consultant and worship pastor with a heart for spiritual wellness, PCOS awareness, and mental health advocacy. Her journey of faith, resilience, and exceptional talent has inspired audiences worldwide.
A JCDC Gospel Competition winner (2016) and former artist with Stile Records (NY), Minister Marsha J has graced stages across North Carolina, New York, Florida, and beyond, delivering powerful worship and an authentic connection to the Spirit. As the convenor and host of this event, she brings passion, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to creating a transformative experience for all.
With a rich background in both healthcare and ministry, Mrs. Norma Akacia Jarrett is a Retired Nurse Anesthetist with a B.Sc and a Certified Lead Chaplain who has dedicated her life to serving others. As the Senior Pastor of United Life Line Deliverance Church of God in St. Ann’s Bay, she leads with grace, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to her congregation.
As an aspiring author and spiritual transformation speaker, Mrs. Jarrett passionately seeks inspire women and leaders in Jamaica and the USA, focusing on l growth, leadership, and resilience. Her commitment to healing extends beyond the pulpit, offering counsel for the body, mind, and spirit through her extensive community service. Outside her professional and ministry roles, Mrs. Jarrett is a devoted wife for 35 years, mother of three very gifted children, and a proud grandmother, cherishing family and the values of love and support.
Mrs. Rushel Smith-Haslam is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel and a dedicated worship leader, where she passionately serves and uplifts others through her spiritual calling. Her ministry is rooted in empowering and nurturing individuals to live their fullest, God-centered lives.
In addition to her ministry work, Mrs. Smith-Haslam is a seasoned educator with over 12 years in the field of education and 8 years of classroom experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education, a Diploma in Supervisory Management from NCTVET, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Specializing in Literacy, she serves as a Senior Teacher, Grade 4 Teacher, Enrichment Coordinator, and School-Based Literacy Coordinator at Hague Primary and Infant School in Trelawny.
Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Smith-Haslam is also a certified Lead Teacher, Teacher Mentor, Trainer, Toolkit Developer, and Course Facilitator. Her impact extends to various areas of life, including:

Michelle McIntyre is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, author, publisher, singer, songwriter, milliner, nurse, and lecturer. As a certified counselor, healing and empowerment coach, and youth mentor with the Office of the Ministry of Justice, she is dedicated to guiding others toward transformation.
She is the CEO of Michelle Marie’s Body Essentials and Virtue Hats & Accessories, as well as the founder of Michelle McIntyre’s Coaching Services, using faith-based entrepreneurship to inspire healing and purpose. Currently pursuing degrees in Social Work and Theology, Michelle’s mission is to equip others with the tools to thrive.
